RETURNS

Our return policy allows for the return of unopened and unused puzzles within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the puzzle box must still have its clear round wafer seals intact and the puzzle must be returned to us in its original, undamaged box. If you meet these conditions, you can exchange your puzzle for a different puzzle title of similar price, or you can be refunded.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. To initiate a return, send the unopened puzzle along with your name, address, and order number to Periwinkle Products at 400 Edgewood Drive, Providence, UT 84332. Make sure to include all necessary information, as missing details may delay or void your return. For any questions, feel free to reach out to us at support@periwinkleproducts.com.

REFUNDS

Refunds may be issued for unopened and unused puzzles returned within 30 days of purchase, as well as for damaged shipments. If your puzzle arrives damaged, please take photos of the shipping box and unopened puzzle box and send them to support@periwinkleproducts.com.

All refunds will be made to the original purchaser using the original payment method. Please note that we monitor damaged item and return requests for abuse and reserve the right to limit claims and credits at all times.
